## Who this is for

You do not need a project. You need an answer.

- You have a workflow that half works and you cannot see why.
- You bought the software and it is sitting there doing nothing.
- You are about to build something and you want a second opinion before you waste the weekend.
- You know what is broken, you just do not know what to do about it.

## How it works

1. **Book your time.** Pick a slot and pay when you book.
2. **Send me the problem.** You get a short form after booking. Fill it in so I show up already knowing your situation.
3. **We work it.** 60 minutes on your actual problem. You take notes, you ask questions, you leave with a plan.

## What you get

- My full attention on one problem for 60 minutes
- A straight answer, including when the answer is "do not build that"
- The order to do things in, so you stop guessing what comes first
- Any tools, settings, or shortcuts I would use myself

## What this is not

- This is not done-for-you. I will not build it during or after the session.
- This is not ongoing support. It is one session, and it ends when the time does.
- This is not a sales call in disguise. If your project is bigger than a conversation, I will say so and tell you what a real engagement would involve. You are free to walk away with the advice and never hire me.

## Come prepared

You are paying for the time, so do not spend it on setup.

- Know the one thing you most want solved. Bring more if we have time, but lead with the one.
- Have your logins open before we start.
- If it is a workflow, have it on screen and ready to share.

## If you need more than a session

Some problems are projects. If yours turns out to be one, I build full systems for service businesses, from lead capture through follow-up and retention. We can talk about that after, or not at all. The session is yours either way.

## Frequently asked questions

**What does it cost?**
$245 for the session, paid when you book.

**How long is it?**
60 minutes, and we use all of it.

**Will you build it for me?**
No. This session is advice. I tell you how to do it, you do it. If you would rather I build it, that is separate work and we can talk about it.

**What if my problem is too big for one session?**
Then I will tell you that in the first ten minutes, and we will spend the rest of the time on what actually matters most. You will still leave with a plan.

**Do I have to use GoHighLevel?**
No. I am a GoHighLevel Certified Admin and that is what I build in, so if you are on it you will get the most out of the time. If you are on something else, bring it anyway. The thinking carries over.

**Can I book more than one?**
Yes. Book them one at a time as you need them.

**What if I need to reschedule?**
Reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.

**Should I send you anything before the call?**
Yes, if you want the most out of it. Record your screen walking through the workflow or the problem and email it to support@premierbizsystem.com a couple of days ahead. I will watch it before we meet and come with solutions instead of spending your time getting up to speed. It is optional, and the session works without it.

**Is this a sales pitch?**
No. You pay for the time, the time is yours. If a bigger project is the right answer I will say so once, and then get back to helping you.
